Use of the Platform

Pinnara.ai grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for legitimate content creation and SEO purposes. You may not use Pinnara.ai to generate:

• Spam content or mass automated publishing with intent to manipulate search rankings through artificial means
• Content that violates copyright
• Defamatory or illegal content
• Content designed to deceive users

Intellectual Property

You own the content you generate using Pinnara.ai. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over articles, images, or other outputs you create using the platform. Pinnara.ai retains all rights to the platform itself, its underlying AI models, and its user interface.

Subscription & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are displayed in your local currency where possible. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Refund Policy

We offer a refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription if you are unsatisfied with the service. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. Contact support@pinnara.ai to request a refund within the eligible period.

Limitation of Liability

Pinnara.ai provides the platform “as is” and makes no guarantees about specific ranking outcomes. While our platform is designed to optimize content for search engines, rankings depend on many factors outside our control including domain authority, competition, and algorithm changes.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pinnara.ai operates. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
