Help Center — Everything You Need to Get Results With Pinnara.ai
Getting Started
How do I generate my first article?
Log in to your Pinnara.ai dashboard. Click "New Content." Enter your topic in the topic field and add your target keywords separated by commas. Select your preferred content length (short, medium, or long-form) and click Generate. Your article will be ready in 2–3 minutes.
What should I enter as my topic?
Your topic should be the main subject of your article — for example, "best SEO strategies for small businesses" or "how to write product descriptions that convert." The more specific your topic, the more targeted your content will be.
How many keywords should I enter?
Enter 3–5 keywords per article. Include your primary keyword (the main term you want to rank for) and 2–4 related secondary keywords. Pinnara.ai will distribute them naturally throughout the article.
Content Quality
Why does my content have a score below 90?
A score below 90 usually means your keyword isn't present in the H1 or first paragraph, or your topic is too broad for the selected content length. Try adding more specific keywords or increasing the content length setting.
Can I edit the generated content?
Yes. All generated content is fully editable inside the Pinnara.ai dashboard. You can modify any section, add your own expertise, or adjust the tone before exporting or publishing.
How do I humanize the content?
After generating your article, click the "Humanize" button in the toolbar. Select your preferred tone preset and click Apply. The humanized version replaces your original — you can always undo.
Publishing & Integrations
How do I connect my WordPress site?
Go to Settings > Integrations > WordPress. Enter your WordPress site URL and generate an application password in your WordPress admin panel (Users > Profile > Application Passwords). Paste the password into Pinnara.ai and click Connect.
Can I export my content?
Yes. Export any article as a .docx file, copy it as plain text, or copy the raw HTML. The export button is in the top right of the article editor.
